Histidine / Histidine-HCl Buffer SystemThe high concentration of Histidine provides strong buffering capacity, helping to reduce metabolic acidosis that may occur during ischemia. This feature supports the maintenance of intracellular pH balance.

TryptophanContributes to the protection of cell membranes and supports the maintenance of structural integrity of myocardial cells.

α-KetoglutaratePlaying an important role in energy metabolism, α-Ketoglutarate helps support ATP production following reperfusion.

Mannitol Provides osmotic protection to help reduce myocardial edema formation and offers support against free radicals through its antioxidant properties.
